today was an okay day. but had a scary moment when my mum had a slip and fell. and since she had back surgery about four years ago, we're always keeping an eye on her. but last night it rained and the ground was slippery. she's okay, now. but we'll see how she is tomorrow. they always say, its always the next day when you really feel sore. i was ( Read more... )
